BluCove Solutions was founded by Joy Hamby, a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, financial management, and software implementation. Throughout her career, Joy has successfully managed projects and implemented financial systems across various industries, including construction, engineering, architecture, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and legal sectors.

Joy Hamby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA, and a Master’s in Project Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Her diverse expertise and comprehensive understanding of financial operations enable BluCove Solutions to deliver exceptional services tailored to the unique requirements of law firms.
